Summary
The SeaCat is highly modular hybrid AUV combining the advantages of AUV and ROV technology. In addition to AUV functionality, the SeaCat is able to fly with a fibre optic cable connection in order to secure a real time sensor data transmission to the operator console. Emphasises is placed on the SwapHead Technology which enables flexible and fast adaptation to a number of various missions and tasks. The SeaCat allows to be equipped with several sensors of choice.

- Superb navigation by inertial navigation system, aided by GPS and Teledyne RDI DVL (no external navigation aid)
- Minimal infrastructural requirements allow quick on-site installation
