Adaptable Submarine Sonar Telemetry

This BAA seeks innovative architectures for adaptable telemetry. Submissions should address the performance areas indentified in Section 1.3 to design an adaptable telemetry architecture with broad applicability to HF and MF submarine hull arrays. Performance tradeoffs within and between areas should be considered. Submissions should also address a detailed design that conforms to the proposed telemetry architecture to demonstrate a specific hull array application.
